Location: Sydney, Australia. Open to remote Australia-Wide candidates. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm AET. Must be willing and able to travel internationally from time to time.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client relationship management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, managing feedback, expectations, and communication.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Producers to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables with client objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders across time zones.
• Anticipate risks or roadblocks and work with production to maintain timelines and quality.
• Conduct regular client check-ins to gauge satisfaction and foster long-term partnership growth.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of account management or client success/client services experience within design, animation, creative production, or related fields.
• Fluent in Business English.
• Creative production (design, 2D, and 3D animation) knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Comfortable working with clients and teams across different time zones.
• Must be willing and able to travel internationally from time to time.

Nice to have

• Fluent in Business Korean.
• Experience with Korean corporate stakeholders or global enterprise clients.
• Proficiency with Slack and Figma.
• Understanding of post-production and animation pipelines.
