Executive Producer (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Act as the main point of contact for partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Establish tools and processes for effective communication regarding project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the business unit.
• Develop and manage the co-development unit’s P&L, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Build and present investment proposals to leadership.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management within the video game industry.
• Proven experience in an Executive Producer or Senior Producer role.
• Strong knowledge of management tools such as Jira, 10,000ft, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to travel outside the country when needed.
• Excellent command of both French and English (spoken and written).
