Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity): Responsible for the technical elements of the sales process, discovering customer requirements, and positioning cybersecurity products to meet those needs with an accent on presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept evaluations. Focus on developing technical relationships with customers, supporting technical evaluations, and continuing to develop product and industry knowledge.

What you will do

• Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations and recommendations to prospects and customers.
• Develop technical relationships with existing customers through Quarterly Technical Reviews.
• Assist in response to Request for Proposals/Information and represent hirify.global at trade shows and company events.
• Support technical evaluations of products, including the development of Proof-of-Concept Success Plans.
• Provide support for hirify.global Partners and continue to develop both hirify.global product and industry knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (Information Systems) or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer and/or support engineer in privileged access management or an adjacent enterprise application such as IAM, SIEM, ITDR, etc.
• 3+ years of experience working for global software vendors.
• Significant experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, SQL, etc.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Working knowledge of VMware and Hyper-V virtual environments.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH
• Building, supporting, and selling security solutions experience preferred.
• Experience with hirify.global products
• DevOps experience
