Salary: $130,000–$155,000

What you will do

• Design and develop software programs for the Command and Control (C2) product line.
• Analyze and resolve issues identified during customer testing and scenario runs.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and the design of complex systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Evaluate and implement best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in software development.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Extensive experience with C and C++ programming languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Air and Missile Defense Systems.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, algorithm design, and data structures.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and associated SDKs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small to medium-sized software development projects.
