Finance & Strategy, GTM - Korea (AI)

Location: Seoul, South Korea. Hybrid policy: staff are expected to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time, with some roles requiring more office attendance.

What you will do

• Partner with go-to-market and sales stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.
• Analyze revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal-desk decisions, and strategic initiatives.
• Build complex financial operating models, forecasts, reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Present trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align GTM plans with broader financial strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic finance, GTM finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, or investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and maintain complex financial operating models.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences and drive operational outcomes under tight timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to work from the Seoul office under the hybrid policy.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience across strategic finance and related investment, consulting, or banking fields.
• GTM finance business partnership experience.
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models and deal-desk management.
• Background or strong interest in AI, ML, or related technologies.
