What you will do

• Provide expert guidance and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies and resource allocation.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis and recommend business decisions across revenue goals and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and forecasts, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts to align go-to-market strategies.
• Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, or related fields.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into insights and maintain financial models.
• Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating complex financial information.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
• Strong relationship building, business judgment, and communication skills.
• Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• GTM Finance Business Partnership experience.
• Experience with consumption-based or complex business models.
• High knowledge of go-to-market strategies including deal-desk management.
• Background in AI, ML, or related technologies.
