Account Executive (EdTech): Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within the assigned EMEA territory by selling hirify.global's software solutions to the Higher Education market with an accent on managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Focus on navigating mid-market SaaS sales cycles, building a healthy pipeline, and developing cross-functional relationships.

What you will do

  • Exceed revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Make prospecting an integral part of your routine to maintain a healthy 12-month pipeline.
  • Navigate 12–18 month mid-market, SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop positive relationships and work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Take an active role in the RFP process and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful SaaS or complex solution sales experience (EdTech, HCM, or eLearning preferred).
  • Proven success in prospecting, building a pipeline, and moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline of 50+ accounts and achieve assigned quotas.
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA Higher Education system.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% and able to travel globally and hold a valid passport.
