Location: Lviv/Kyiv, Ukraine. Hybrid work schedule is available after the first three months of employment, with up to 50 days of work from home per year.

What you will do

• Coordinates and monitors internal department processes to identify solutions or make referrals.
• Leads new process designs.
• Facilitates discovery meetings and workshops with department subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Interprets complex data and business metrics for relevant stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains detailed process documentation, including process flows, procedures, and policies.
• Designs, monitors, and reports process metrics, and addresses any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design, analysis, and optimization.
• Proven ability to create and interpret BPMN diagrams, process flowcharts, and process mapping documentation.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), continuous improvement methodologies, and industry standards such as ITIL and ISO.
• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
