What you will do

• Hire, onboard, train, and coach a team of high-performing mobile engineers, supporting their career development.
• Facilitate continuous delivery in a high-trust environment, ensuring strong delivery cadence and stakeholder connection.
• Evaluate and improve the technical architecture of the mobile application, adopting industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with the team to manage development initiatives and sign off on work results.
• Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives.
• Provide some hands-on coding in Java, Golang, or Kotlin.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of mobile developers through successful software projects.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and deliver solutions to complex problems.
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in creating processes for bug fixing and improving application performance.
• Demonstrated adaptability and ability to build, change, and adapt to company growth.
• Effective at nurturing relationships and managing multiple stakeholders.
