What you will do

• Coordinate hirify.global participation in customer events, including logistics and on-site support.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, timelines, schedules, and resource coordination.
• Serve as the primary liaison with Revenue teams for customer-facing events, providing collateral and setup.
• Own all branded merchandise processes, including sourcing, ordering, and vendor negotiations.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
• Manage and implement the company-wide gifting platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, logistics, or related fields.
• High level of proficiency with Cvent.
• Track record of successfully managing exhibits, trade show logistics, and budgets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move event materials (up to ~40 lbs) and travel up to 10% as needed.
