What you will do

• Source IT hardware and accessories globally at the right price and lead time.
• Create and maintain product listings in client catalogues.
• Monitor and reflect supplier updates on pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, currency, availability, and product data.
• Handle sourcing-related client escalations in a clear and timely way.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Experience working with external suppliers or vendors.
• Experience in an operational, SLA-driven environment.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platform guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Strong ability to work with product data, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
