What you will do

• Lead and champion automation initiatives to streamline data processes and enhance business efficiency.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of data, metrics, and analytics initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop and execute project plans and craft compelling executive-level communications on data insights.
• Inspire and mentor a talented team of up to 5 data analysts, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable data insights and recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of data quality and protection, ensuring accuracy across data channels.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, supported by a degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields.
• Expert SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation, enabling innovative data solutions.
• Preferred experience in Python and essential libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, with a proven track record of creating efficient ETL processes, preferably in Databricks.
• Mastery of data visualization techniques and tools for impactful storytelling through dashboards, with a primary focus on Power BI.
• Proven experience in mentoring and managing a team of data analysts, ensuring best practices and continuous learning.
• Experience in leading initiatives with cross-functional teams, creating and executing comprehensive project plans, and engaging effectively with senior leaders.
