Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain certified, analytics-ready data models and BI assets.
• Build and support interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Contribute to data quality, governance, and certification efforts.
• Leverage emerging AI-enabled features within BI and analytics tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve, while being a good team player.
• Strong SQL development skills with the ability to build readable, auditable, and scalable data models.
• Solid proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Omni), with Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver actionable analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data or Decision Science, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
