Senior Software Engineer

TL;DR

Senior Software Engineer: Building and maintaining hirify.global's products as part of an agile development team with an accent on designing, developing, and testing new product ideas. Focus on high-impact, high-performance, and maintainable full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React and Angular.

Location: This position follows the Company’s hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Durham, NC or Emeryville, CA.

Salary: $120,000 to $355,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain hirify.global's products alongside an agile development team.
• Design, develop, and test new product ideas from the ground up while working with product management for feedback and input.
• Work extensively in our React Front End designing and building delightful user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (CS Degree preferred).
• 5+ years industry experience with a proven track record of designing and building high-impact, high-performance, and maintainable full-stack web applications.
• Expert knowledge of at least one of Golang (preferred), JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Ruby, Rust, or Java.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React and Angular.
• Experience with HTTP API design and development.
• Experience with modern software engineering development and automation tools like git and Jenkins.
