What you will do

• Conduct threat investigations related to potential misuse of hirify.global’s platform.
• Analyze external abuse trends to provide actionable insights and guide team priorities.
• Maintain existing Trust & Safety systems and contribute to achieving success metrics.
• Create high-quality reports and executive briefings on abuse trends and investigative findings.
• Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends and foster strategic partnerships with industry peers.
• Develop and update Trust & Safety policies, advise on business changes, and ensure system compliance with security policies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in threat investigations, threat intelligence, or Trust & Safety/Information Security.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., BigQuery) to query and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with one or more of Python, JavaScript, Go, Node, hirify.global Workers, browser scripting, or shell scripting.
• Critical thinker who thrives on solving challenges with a high degree of bias for action and ownership.
• Ability to develop strategic initiatives and execute hands-on to get the job done.

Nice to have

• Understanding of DNS and how the Internet works.
• Experience operating and maintaining websites.
• Experience working closely with Public Policy and Legal teams.
• Experience building and maintaining systems or tooling for a Trust & Safety team.
