What you will do

• Lead the design process for major product features and components.
• Conduct advanced user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and design solutions.

• Drive the development and improvement of the overall design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Proven experience in leading user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior designers.
• Understanding of enterprise software design challenges and best practices.
