UX/UI Designer (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid (3 days from the office in Prague, Czech Republic)

What you will do

• Collaborate with feature teams and stakeholders to create concepts and prototypes for optimal user solutions.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews and usability testing, translating insights into design improvements.
• Develop final mockups, motion design, and detailed feature documentation for development handoff.
• Partner with Developers and Game Designers to ensure implementation aligns with the design intent.
• Own design QA during implementation, reviewing shipped features and suggesting further enhancements.
• Advocate for user-oriented design and stay current with industry trends and emerging UX/UI technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for large-scale applications or game UI with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in visual design craft, design systems, and component-based design practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and prototyping.
• Proven experience in UX research methodologies, including A/B testing and user journey analysis.
• Strong English skills (writing, speaking, and presenting) are required.
• Must be able to work from the Prague office (Hybrid).
