What you will do
- Define and lead a multi-year readiness strategy aligned with studio and organizational goals.
- Architect and refine readiness frameworks that ensure predictable, high-quality launches and updates.
- Establish and own north-star metrics that drive accountability and business decisions.
- Lead cross-org risk reviews, define go/no-go criteria, and ensure risks are surfaced and mitigated effectively.
- Build and lead a high-trust, high-performance production organization.
- Represent E2ER at the executive level and with external partners, influencing priorities and securing alignment and resources.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in production, operations, or program leadership, including 4+ years leading leaders across multiple titles or complex programs.
- Demonstrated ability to transform planning and launch processes with measurable improvements in predictability, quality, and cost.
- Expertise in cross-functional leadership, executive influence, and organizational alignment.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities with deep experience using data, dashboards, and business cases to guide decisions.
- Known for earning trust, building strong relationships, and cultivating high-performance, positive team cultures.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-studio, or multi-product launches in games or entertainment.
- Ability to design and scale operational frameworks across diverse teams and partners.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics, BI tools, and KPI-driven decision-making.
