Salary: €5,000–€7,000/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Oversee a portfolio of 5–6 digital and e-commerce products, guiding strategy and growth.
• Build and refine strategic plans and performance metrics for products.
• Lead onboarding for new co-founders and guide company processes.
• Collaborate with operation teams across departments.
• Drive deep business analytics, financial projections, and investment management.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, analytical/business environments, and ideally with startups or M&A.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in finance, business analytics, or consulting.
• At least 5 years of team leadership experience, managing cross-functional groups.
• Strong business analytics and business finance literacy.
• Ambition and interest in digital marketing.
• Ability to navigate complex product situations strategically.
