What you will do

  • Support strategy development for credit card products and retail lending, focusing on risk management and performance optimization.
  • Evaluate lending portfolio performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Recommend strategy enhancements for profitability and risk mitigation.
  • Execute and analyze retail lending campaigns to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies with immediate impact.

Requirements

  • Strong data skills, including dashboards, reporting, visualization, and manipulation.
  • Experience using SQL for quantitative analysis and synthesizing results into actionable proposals.
  • Ability to develop and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail lending domain such as credit risk, credit modeling, or credit lifecycle management.
  • Experience with statistical/quantitative analysis, including experimental design, A/B testing, and financial modeling.
  • Technical experience in SQL, Python, and GitHub.
