Game Producer (Roblox): Owning production planning for Brookhaven features, events, and updates with an accent on translating roadmaps into schedules, milestones, and task plans. Location: Remote (Canada, UK, LATAM). Must be willing to work ET/PT aligned hours. Travel 2-3 times per year for RDC and team meet-ups.

What you will do

• Own production planning for Brookhaven features, events, and updates.
• Translate roadmaps into schedules, milestones, and task plans.
• Track progress, dependencies, and risks across disciplines.
• Run core production rituals and coordinate QA/release processes.
• Partner with Product and Design on scope trade-offs and sequencing.
• Continuously improve production workflows and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Experience in a game production or project management role.
• Demonstrated ownership of delivering features, updates, or live content.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional game teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, live service environments.
• Demonstrated interest in user-generated content platforms like Roblox, Minecraft, or Fortnite.
• Ability to work ET/PT aligned hours.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping or supporting live Roblox games.
• Familiarity with Roblox Studio and UGC workflows.
• Experience with weekly or high-frequency release cadences.
• Passion for roleplay and simulation games.
