What you will do

• Oversee VR game adaptations from start to finish.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring clear communication and goal alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep them on track and within scope.
• Ensure the highest quality standards are met throughout development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game production.
• Professional VR game development experience.
• Track record of leading projects from concept to release, with at least 1 shipped title.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with VR platforms (Meta Quest, PlayStation VR2, SteamVR) and their unique requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders.
