What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale software and systems initiatives, aligning cross-functional engineering teams.
• Organize and lead cross-functional teams through complex software and systems delivery cycles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for software program updates, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Establish and oversee program governance and execution framework, ensuring effective risk mitigation and optimal resource allocation.
• Manage a portfolio of technical program and product workstreams, maintaining alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
• Guide the definition and evolution of major product and system portfolios, collaborating with R&D and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within software development or systems engineering.
• Proven experience leading large-scale programs and cross-functional software or technical programs with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong command of agile methodologies and complex program frameworks.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Proven success in delivering complex software systems or platforms, ideally in industrial automation or intelligent robotics.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate business needs into executable plans.
• Familiarity with tools for agile program tracking (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
• Comfort with technical discussions, systems architecture trade-offs, and integration planning.
