What you will do

• Create and manage social media content calendars and posts (written, visual, video).
• Edit short-form video clips for various social platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and actively engage with the community.
• Actively manage and moderate the Discord community, including content creation and event support.
• Identify and coordinate speakers for Discord events.
• Assist with podcast, virtual conference, and masterclass content support.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
• 2+ years of experience managing social media professionally.
• Experience shipping an Indie Title.
• Proficient knowledge of Discord, YouTube, and Twitch moderation.
• Working knowledge of video editing.
• Highly self-motivated, reliable, and driven.

Nice to have

• Background as a content creator.
• Graphic design experience or working knowledge.
