Location: Hybrid (on-site for an average of 3 days per week). Candidates must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK. Opportunity to work from anywhere in the EU for up to four weeks per year. Generous relocation support is available.

What you will do

• Develop complex artistic ideas for the Rainbow Six brand, with an initial focus on weapon concepts.
• Ensure a cohesive visual style across features by collaborating closely with 3D Artists and other team members.
• Translate ideas into high-quality sketches and detailed renders to guide production and inspire the wider art team.
• Conduct in-depth research and actively participate in peer reviews to elevate the team’s artistic output.
• Contribute to a globally recognised franchise and collaborate with international teams.

Requirements

• Ability to create interesting and visually appealing concepts.
• A portfolio demonstrating a realistic style of weapons, military, or tactical-shooter concepts.
• Proven competence in mentoring artists.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industry-leading 3D modelling packages (such as Blender).
• Proficiency in working with Photoshop or other related software.
• Strong understanding of Concept Art fundamentals and 3D Animation.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and pipelines.
• Must possess current eligibility to live and work in the UK.
