Location: On-site, Monday–Friday in the UAE

hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

What you will do

  • Act as a consultant to department heads on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Drive culture and inclusion initiatives, ensuring the company's DNA is felt by every team member.
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, focusing on engagement, retention strategies, and professional development.
  • Serve as a coach for managers and a mediator for employees, promoting a transparent and healthy work environment.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify trends and implement proactive people solutions.
  • Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Law while maintaining agility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role, preferably within the Tech, Fintech, or iGaming sectors.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with diverse stakeholders from 40+ nationalities.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labor Law and the nuances of the Middle Eastern talent market is a significant plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm and strategic in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field (SHRM/CIPD certification is highly valued).
