Head of B2C Performance & Merchandising (Ecommerce): Defines and implements the group merchandising strategy for all B2C platforms, focusing on optimizing daily offer attractiveness and traffic allocation. Focus on developing new attractivity tools, improving member experience through data collaboration, and tracking full funnel performance.

What you will do

  • Define and improve the Group merchandising strategy for all B2C platforms.
  • Optimize daily offer attractivity and traffic allocation between businesses, hirify.global products, and marketing support.
  • Monitor B2C performance per country and set up relevant actions to support growth.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (Growth, Data science, UX, CRM) to improve homepage and tab performance and enhance member experience.
  • Utilize data expertise to steer team focus, actions, and improve business performance, tracking full funnel performance and web behavior analytics.
  • Lead and coach a cross-European team of B2C Merchandisers, ensuring operational excellence and professional development.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills, project management, and comprehensive marketing knowledge.
  • Commercial and consumer mindset with an understanding of brand environments and consumer trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and hirify.global internal tools (Boom, Mixpanel, Microstrategy, Neolane).
  • English: Professional fluency (spoken & written) required.
  • Strategic and long-term vision, business and result oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, proactivity, agility, autonomy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
