What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails.
- Process account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a timely and compliant manner.
- Provide information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters.
- Manage tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira.
- Maintain clear and structured case documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Requirements
- Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
- Experience in customer support.
- Background in banking, legal, or financial services.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards.
- Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Nice to have
- Experience with Confluence.
- Background working in regulated environments.
