What you will do
- Support existing customers with technical and accounting issues via phone and email.
- Provide support to customers by answering inquiries via the ticket system and support chat.
- Prepare offers for prospect customers, tailoring solutions to individual needs.
- Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience.
Requirements
- University degree in economics or other relevant vocational education (commercial or technical training).
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable.
- At least some experience working with customers and/or in sales (e.g., internships).
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.
