What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries related to budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer problems using manual and AI-assisted diagnostics.
- Guide customers through product features, configurations, and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve data integration issues between solutions and ERP systems.
- Leverage AI tools such as Forethought to enhance support efficiency and automate ticket routing.
- Contribute to the training and optimization of AI models used in support workflows.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in Financial Consolidations, Planning & Analysis, or accounting standards.
- Experience in customer-facing support or consulting roles within the Finance domain.
- Strong understanding of finance challenges in large organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Basic experience writing SQL Statements.
- Experience with Corporate Performance Management tools (e.g., Anaplan, OneStream, CCH Tagetik) and understanding of multi-dimensional architecture and ERP systems.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Forethought or similar AI-enhanced support platforms.
- Ability to interpret AI-generated insights and apply them to improve customer experience.
