What you will do

  • Design, build, and scale systems and processes for predictable, data-driven hiring.
  • Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and integrated tools (HRIS, assessments, background checks).
  • Build and manage dashboards, reporting, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition.
  • Create and maintain centralized templates, job description libraries, and interview guides.
  • Lead vendor relationships and manage Talent Acquisition (TA) operations budgets.
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in recruiting or talent operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience with major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS).
  • Strong data and analytics skills (BI tools, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of building scalable recruiting operations in high-growth environments.
  • Collaborative, data-driven, and process-oriented with a builder mindset.
  • Must be able to work in Berlin (hybrid).
