What you will do
- Facilitate and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires across sales and customer-facing roles.
- Assist in developing role-based onboarding materials, including playbooks, e-learning modules, and knowledge assessments.
- Partner with enablement leaders, sales managers, and product marketing to ensure new hires receive relevant, timely training.
- Monitor onboarding engagement, completion rates, and early-stage performance metrics.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to program enhancements based on data and qualitative feedback.
- Support enablement initiatives beyond onboarding, including ongoing skill development programs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, training, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience supporting onboarding programs for SDRs, BDRs, AEs, CSMs, SEs, or PSS.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple onboarding initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPIC, Challenger, SPIN) and their application in onboarding.
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions and engaging with revenue teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex information into engaging learning materials.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or IT sales environments is preferred
- Background in adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred
