TL;DR

Compensation Analyst (Fintech): Ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices across a global organization with an accent on data analysis, review, and processing for various projects and cycles. Focus on building and implementing salary bands, supporting salary/bonus cycles, and automating processes while ensuring data integrity.

Location: London, UK. This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Analyse, review, and process compensation data for ad-hoc, cyclical, and project work.
  • Manage salary survey submissions accurately and timely.
  • Provide key support during ongoing salary review and bonus cycles through data analysis and communication sessions.
  • Collaborate with the People team on reward-related programmes and initiatives.
  • Partner with the wider compensation team to analyse, build, review, and implement salary bands.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems for accurate compensation analysis and support ad-hoc projects.
  • Review current processes to automate and continuously seek innovative improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous compensation experience at a global level.
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to build models and reports.
  • Comfortable designing, tailoring, and delivering communications for sophisticated data.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to work independently.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships across all levels of the organisation globally.
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
  • Comfortable doing hands-on operational cyclical work as well as project work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge of share plans and an appreciation or understanding of tax.
