What you will do

• Support Project Management and Client Service teams in managing project health.
• Learn basics of project tracking, financial administration, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Coordinate project details and ensure timely completion of action items with accountability.
• Provide administrative support, including project tracking and workflow system data entry.
• Manage tasks and deliverables with oversight, prioritizing work based on urgency and complexity.
• Facilitate day-to-day internal team communications, including meetings, notes, and status reports.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience or interest within the Production/Advertising space (internship or university experience welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Natural and effective collaborator with an entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity for future growth.
• English: B2 required
