What you will do
- Lead new client engagements as Product Manager.
- Manage complex technical products, taking full ownership and driving direction.
- Independently manage multiple products and organize processes for stakeholders (clients, developers, designers).
- Create and maintain product backlogs.
- Actively mitigate impediments impacting Release/Sprint Goals.
- Define innovative functional solutions based on market, competition, and current trends to boost Product value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup environment.
- 6+ years in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing applications/services with measurable outcomes.
- Strong product sense in choosing problems that matter and cutting low-impact work.
- Ability to write product requirements that engineers and designers can build from.
- Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Must be eligible to work in Continental Portugal.
