What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of high-impact projects (Design System, Common Workflows, Growth UX, or Workload UX).
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define scalable patterns, workflows, and user journeys.
• Leverage AI-assisted research and rapid prototyping to validate ideas and inform design decisions.
• Champion accessibility, usability, and design quality.
• Mentor and support other designers, engineers, and PMs in best practices.
• Measure and communicate the impact of your work through usability, satisfaction, adoption, and business metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Deep expertise in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture, with a systems-thinking mindset.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver solutions balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-led design methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills.
• Passion for accessibility, usability, and delivering measurable business outcomes through design.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or large-scale B2B products.
• Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/automation to accelerate design workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Storybook, ZeroHeight, Miro, or FigJam.
• Formal training in Human Factors or Interaction Design.
• Experience operationalizing design system governance, workflow standards, or growth experimentation at scale.
