Associate Producer (Game Development)

TL;DR

Associate Producer (Game Development): Providing production support to game teams, assisting with coordination, tracking, and communication across disciplines with an accent on maintaining task tracking tools, updating schedules, and supporting sprint/milestone activities. Focus on learning game production best practices while contributing to a healthy, collaborative, and efficient development environment.

Location: Full-time, on-site position based 5 days a week at our Downtown Vancouver studio.

Salary: $54,720–$68,400 a year

• Support production execution through organization, communication, and coordination.
• Learn production fundamentals and contribute to feature and content delivery.
• Assist with milestone tracking, schedules, and task management.
• Log, prioritize, and follow up on risks, bugs, and emergent issues.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews, and cross-discipline communication.
• Take ownership of small features or workflows over time.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience on video game products.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
• 2+ years of experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
