Salary: $254,470–$303,070 USD Annual

What you will do

• Define and evolve end-to-end experiences for creator earnings, monetization, payouts, and reinvestment workflows.
• Design systems that help creators manage their businesses on hirify.global, from earning and spending to collaboration.
• Partner with Product to shape the UX strategy and roadmap for economic platforms.
• Translate complex financial, technical, and policy constraints into intuitive user experiences.
• Design scalable frameworks, primitives, and patterns to support future economic products and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy to ensure robust and compliant designs.
• Use data, research, and experimentation to validate direction and drive measurable improvements.
• Prototype complex, multi-state workflows in Figma and communicate system behavior clearly.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing complex product or platform experiences at scale.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong systems thinking, workflow design, and end-to-end product ownership.
• Experience designing for creator tools, monetization, commerce, or fintech domains.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Mastery of Figma and confidence prototyping complex interactions.

Nice to have

• Experience designing financial tools, payout systems, or regulated product surfaces.
• Familiarity with creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or virtual economies.
• Experience designing platforms or primitives that scale across multiple product teams.
