Location: Remote. Must be based in Canada. Employees can work outside of Canada for up to 90 days per calendar year.

Salary: CAD $152,000 – $190,000 + equity.

What you will do

• Lead strategic negotiations with banks, fintechs, and capital markets counterparties.
• Build and scale strategic partnerships to unlock new product capabilities and accelerate growth.
• Oversee the Treasury investment portfolio, proposing and executing investment plans.
• Identify and manage corporate foreign currency, interest rate, and equity exposure.
• Propose and implement hedging strategies and ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to enable seamless product launches.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Treasury and Capital Markets experience with direct external counterparties negotiation.
• Exceptional relationship-building and management skills.
• Demonstrated success launching new products or capabilities with external partners.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets products and transactions with ability to structure creative solutions.
• Deep understanding of Treasury investment portfolio management and market risk management.
• Outstanding communication skills to translate complex financial concepts.
