What you will do

• Lead planning and delivery of new features for trading platforms within the Digital Assets section.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and support prioritization.
• Drive delivery with development teams for systems like hirify.global Exchange, crypto custody, and staking services.
• Solve operational challenges by defining and delivering practical solutions with operational teams.
• Coordinate projects end-to-end and manage stakeholders.
• Report to the Head of Digital Assets, ensuring real impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a business analyst or equivalent role in the banking industry.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrate great coordination, problem-solving, and solution-oriented skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Working language is English.
• Experience or interest in the financial domain and digital assets/crypto.
