What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services used across multiple product teams.
• Build reliable, scalable solutions for high-load systems and distributed environments.
• Work with event-driven architectures and asynchronous integrations.
• Collaborate with other engineers to define technical standards and improve shared components.
• Take ownership of features and services from design to production.
• Participate in improving system performance, stability, and observability.

Requirements

• Strong experience with backend development, including Java, databases, and distributed systems.
• Confident in system design and building scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of complex tasks.
• Understand performance, reliability, and best practices for backend services.
• Experience working in a product-driven engineering team.
