Location: Hybrid, in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. Must be eligible to work in the country of work location and hold valid EU work authorization. No visa sponsorship or relocation offered.

What you will do

• Shape the long-term strategy and product roadmap for Medido’s hardware and firmware portfolio.
• Lead the device through the complete development lifecycle, from concept and development to launch.
• Work closely with R&D, cloud software, operations, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Own and manage the hardware product lifecycle, including version transitions and performance improvements.
• Support readiness for international expansion by aligning supply chain and operational processes.
• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and effective collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience specifically in hardware product management roles or related.
• Fluency in English.
• Drives initiatives proactively and dynamically in efficient collaboration across functions.
• Thrives in an environment where analytics, customer feedback, and market/user research are essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch (any other European language skill is a plus).
• Experience with medical devices and the related regulatory environment.
