What you will do

• Gather user requirements for the Satellite Positioning portfolio and define work packages, milestones, and user stories.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap.
• Align the technical product vision with business needs in collaboration with Brand Managers and co-create business cases.
• Take ownership of the project’s technical progress within the hirify.global innovation project management framework, including risk, budget, scope, and stakeholder management.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and refine and oversee its implementation with development teams in an Agile framework.
• Provide and organize technical guidance and support for products, assisting internal teams and customers with product-related inquiries.
• Work with multidisciplinary, often remote teams, ensuring timely delivery of development milestones.

Requirements

• Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in technical sciences.
• Bring at least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Understand software systems and the technology behind them.
• Communicate fluently in English, both technically and non-technically, and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Have experience working with remote teams.

Nice to have

• Software product ownership experience.
• Knowledge of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira.
