Data Analyst

TL;DR

Data Analyst: Developing medium to highly complex logical database designs, logical data models, and relational data definitions in support of corporate and customer information systems. Focus on resolving information flow and content issues, working on enterprise-wide projects, and leveraging advanced SQL, Python, and Spark.

Location: Hybrid/onsite 1 day per week in Detroit, MI

What you will do

• Develop medium to highly complex logical database designs, data models, and relational data definitions.
• Support corporate and customer information systems requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, and application development teams.
• Resolve information flow and content issues.
• Work on enterprise-wide complex projects, issues, and enhancements as a team member or lead.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 or more years’ experience in data analysis.
• Advanced SQL capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Spark.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with health care data.
• Experience in a Linux environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
