Location: Liverpool City Centre HQ / Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 depending on experience

What you will do

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build scalable, reusable frontend components with clean, maintainable code.
• Work closely with designers to bring ideas from concept to polished experiences.
• Optimise for performance, accessibility, and security.
• Use Sentry and PostHog to monitor, measure and improve frontend performance.
• Mentor other developers and help shape our frontend standards and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience building production-ready frontend applications.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• A solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance, and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Azure deployments.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Because training is quite comprehensive, we can only consider applicants who have at least one year remaining on their Graduate or Post-Study Work visa. At the moment, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• React Native experience.
• Knowledge of modern state management such as Redux or Zustand.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
• Familiarity with web performance optimisation and web vitals.
