Talent Coordination Team Lead, EMEA (Fixed-Term Contract)

Netflix continues to scale globally — and the Talent team is gearing up for a high-impact 2026. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Coordination Team Lead who will elevate candidate experience, streamline operations, and guide a team of coordinators working across the EMEA region.
This role goes far beyond scheduling. You’ll shape processes, coach a high-performing team, and partner closely with recruiters to ensure flawless execution in one of the world’s most admired talent organizations.
What you’ll do
— Lead day-to-day coordination operations, ensuring balanced workload distribution and full coverage for all roles.
— Own the end-to-end interview workflow for selected business functions.
— Act as the main escalation point for recruiters; remove friction and solve operational challenges quickly.
— Surface bottlenecks, drive resolutions, and identify process improvements with Talent Coordinators.
— Coach, mentor, and develop the team — fostering ownership, rigor, and continuous learning.
— Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to track, analyze, and communicate scheduling metrics.
— Use data, trends, and feedback to influence decisions and scale operational excellence.
What you bring
— 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or operations/service delivery roles.
— 3+ years of people leadership experience.
— Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
— Experience driving cross-functional initiatives or operational projects.
— High ownership mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, consistent in delivering high-quality work.
— Exceptional communication skills — concise, clear, and trusted by both team and stakeholders.
