What you will do

• Coordinate and track all project phases of Magic Madness VR.
• Break down design and technical concepts into clear tasks and milestones.
• Manage Epics, User Stories, and tasks in project management tools.
• Facilitate communication between development teams and leadership.
• Support sprint planning, workload estimation, and dependency management.
• Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in project management in gaming, tech, or software development.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines and production workflows.
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Prague
• Self-reliant, responsible, and proactive approach.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with game or VR development.
• Understanding of live service products and ongoing feature development.
• Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams.
• Producer or delivery ownership experience.
