What you will do

• Coordinate the transcreation of e-commerce marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Plan and execute transcreation and machine translation/AI transcreation projects from initial brief to final quality control.
• Proactively plan projects, monitor progress, and solve any problems that might arise.
• Liaise with client brand managers and in-market creatives, managing and exceeding client expectations.
• Conduct quality checks on transcreations at various project stages and build strong relationships with diverse global talents.
• Execute administrative tasks such as raising purchase/sales orders, centralizing brand materials, and managing translation memories.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in localisation project management.
• University degree in marketing, languages, business, or a related field.
• Expertise in and passion for beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industries.
• English proficiency is required for global operations; being a native speaker of Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, Bulgarian, or Greek is desirable.
• Experience with CAT tools and Machine Translation.
