Salary: $185,000 to $210,000 annually

What you will do

• Design innovative, intuitive solutions for new features and enhancements across a variety of tools used by hirify.global’s internal and external users
• Gather requirements and create user-centered experience flows, including the cross-pollination of ideas with different teams within hirify.global
• In partnership with experienced researchers, conduct user research, analyze the data, and present findings in a clear & actionable manner
• Build flexible and scalable products/features that our partners can use to maximize their experience on the hirify.global platform
• Collaborate closely with the development team throughout the lifecycle of the product/feature

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX and the ability to work independently with a product team
• Experience as an interaction designer on enterprise or B2B products; experience designing for content pipeline management systems is a plus
• Portfolio highlighting projects demonstrating user-centered design solutions with measurable outcomes (include online portfolio link with resume)
• Proficiency in UX Design tools such as Figma (or similar) to create user interfaces
• Degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
