Middle/Senior UI/UX Designer (UI-First/Motion-Friendly) (Full-time, Part-time, Project-Based)

We’re hiring a UI/UX-obsessed designer who crafts interfaces with bold gradients, confident color, and precise typography, then elevates them with tasteful motion. If your work makes people say “wow,” let’s talk.

What you’ll do:

Own end-to-end UI for web & mobile: concept → high-fidelity → dev-ready specs.

Build modern visual systems: color, type scales, grids, components, and states.

Design micro-interactions and product animations for clarity & delight.

Maintain scalable design systems in Figma.

Partner with product & engineering to ship pixel-perfect experiences fast.

Present work in clear, idiomatic English to US stakeholders.

What you bring:

3+ years in UI/UX with a portfolio that leads with strong UI (motion examples welcome).

Mastery of Figma (Auto Layout, variables/tokens, components).

Fluency in motion tools: After Effects, Rive, and/or Lottie (shipped examples preferred).

Excellent visual taste: hierarchy, rhythm, spacing, contrast, accessibility.

Comfortable with usability testing, rapid iteration, and developer handoff.

English: advanced (written & spoken).


Nice to have:

Designing for performance, dark mode, responsive breakpoints.

Prototyping (Framer, ProtoPie, Principle) and basic HTML/CSS literacy.

Ability to overlap at least 2–4 hours with US time zones (ET/PT).
