We’re hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)
Remote • Full-time / Part-time
We’re looking for a senior designer who can own outcomes, not just screens. Someone who can take a problem from “what are we solving?” to a shipped experience — balancing user needs, product constraints, and high-quality execution.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end design for key features across web & mobile
Shape UX direction: structure, flows, interaction patterns, UI quality bar
Build scalable systems in Figma (components, guidelines, consistency)
Partner closely with PMs and engineers to ship and iterate
Review work, raise quality, and help the team move faster over time
Communicate confidently in English with US stakeholders
What we’re looking for
5+ years in UI/UX or product design
Strong portfolio showing shipped product work and decision-making
Excellent Figma + strong handoff discipline
Good product thinking (trade-offs, constraints, prioritization)
Mature craft: layout, type, accessibility awareness, consistency
English: advanced
