What you will do

• Assess and design future workforce strategies, including roles, skills, and operating models.
• Build career and upskilling plans through skills-based learning journeys.
• Facilitate leadership engagement and culture work to build trust in AI and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Advise on organization design, role redesign, and AI governance.
• Define measurable outcomes, track benefits, and prove ROI for workforce transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to client proposals, executive briefings, and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology or a closely related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Workforce Transformation, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, or Talent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
